Get2Go Website Terms
Last updated: 28 September 2026
1. ABOUT THESE TERMS
These terms govern your use of get2go.online (the "Website").
By using the Website, you agree to use it in accordance with these terms and
applicable law.
These Website Terms apply to use of the public Website. They are not the terms
under which Get2Go provides paid client services. Client projects will be
subject to separate agreed terms, proposals, project orders or contracts.
2. ABOUT Get2Go
Email: inquiries@get2go.online
Get2Go provides web design, website development and managed hosting services
primarily to businesses.
Get2Go is not currently a limited company. The Website will be updated if the
legal operator changes.
3. INFORMATION ON THE WEBSITE
We aim to keep information on the Website useful and reasonably accurate.
However, Website content is provided for general information and marketing
purposes and may be changed, corrected or removed without notice.
Nothing on the Website constitutes legal, financial, tax or other professional
advice.
Descriptions of services, technologies, examples, estimated benefits or
capabilities do not create a binding obligation unless they are expressly
included in a contract or project agreement with a client.
4. ENQUIRIES, QUOTATIONS AND CONTRACTS
Submitting an enquiry, requesting a quotation, receiving a proposal or
discussing a project does not by itself create a contract.
A contract for services is formed only when the relevant scope, price and terms
have been agreed in the manner specified by Get2Go.
Unless expressly stated otherwise, quotations and proposals may be withdrawn or
revised before acceptance.
5. DEMONSTRATIONS, CONCEPTS AND PORTFOLIO MATERIAL
The Website may display demonstrations, mock-ups, concepts, prototypes or
examples of possible website designs.
Unless expressly stated otherwise:
• they are illustrative rather than final production websites;
• they may contain placeholder, adapted or publicly available reference content;
• functionality may be simulated or incomplete;
• they do not represent an endorsement, approval or commission by a referenced
organisation unless expressly stated; and
• final client work may differ materially following requirements gathering,
design decisions, technical work and client approval.
Any third-party names, logos or marks remain the property of their respective
owners. Their appearance in a concept or discussion does not imply affiliation
or endorsement unless expressly stated.
6. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
Unless otherwise stated, the Website and original material created for Get2Go,
including its text, layout, graphics, branding and original code or design
elements, are owned by or licensed to the operator of Get2Go.
You may view the Website for legitimate personal or business evaluation
purposes.
You must not reproduce, republish, sell, commercially exploit, systematically
extract or create misleading derivative copies of substantial Website content
without permission, except where applicable law permits it.
Third-party trademarks, software, images and other material remain subject to
the rights of their respective owners.
7. ACCEPTABLE USE
You must not knowingly:
• use the Website unlawfully or fraudulently;
• attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Website, servers or connected
systems;
• introduce malware or other harmful material;
• interfere with the operation or security of the Website;
• use automated means to overload, damage or materially disrupt the Website; or
• use Website content to impersonate Get2Go or falsely suggest an affiliation.
8. THIRD-PARTY SERVICES AND LINKS
The Website may link to or rely on third-party websites, infrastructure,
software or services.
We do not control third-party websites and are not responsible for their
content, availability or privacy practices merely because we link to them.
9. WEBSITE AVAILABILITY
We aim to keep the Website available, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or
error-free access.
The Website may be suspended, changed or unavailable due to maintenance,
security, technical problems, third-party infrastructure, network conditions or
other circumstances.
10. LIABILITY
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability where it would be unlawful
to do so, including liability that cannot lawfully be excluded under applicable
law.
To the extent permitted by law, Get2Go is not responsible for losses arising
solely from reliance on general Website content where no client contract has
been formed, or for loss caused by third-party websites or services outside our
reasonable control.
Any liability arising from paid services will be governed by the applicable
client agreement rather than these Website Terms.
11. PRIVACY
Our handling of personal information is explained in our Privacy Notice at:
Cookie and similar-technology information is provided separately where
appropriate.
12. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
We may update these Website Terms from time to time. The current version will be
published on this Website with its last-updated date.
13. GOVERNING LAW
These Website Terms and disputes relating to use of the Website are governed by
the laws of England and Wales, subject to any mandatory rights or jurisdictional
rules that apply.
